Nistler Construction & Design (NCD) is a local homegrown Montana company based in Helena, Montana

Beginning

Joe Nistler started by working for his brother in Bozeman at age 17.

Immersing himself in all phases of the building process, this was the foundation of his future. Wanting to make something for himself, he built his first home in Butte (2008), he rapidly expanded into the spec/custom home market. Joe and his few associates constructed 50+ homes in the Butte area over the next 4 years. As life changed and demand took him back to Helena, he welcomed the opportunity to return to his hometown.

Reestablishing life in Helena, Joe spent a few years building custom designed homes eventually transitioning into the family style spec home and multi family projects.

We cater to the new home buyers looking for a perfect combination of quality and cost.

Joe and company now focus on new homes under 2,500 sq ft. Through garnered knowledge from his 3 older brothers, he has been successful in the multi-family niche. Now, several projects later, he maintains a few rentals and continues in this need to supply Helena with affordable workforce housing.

Accompanied by very loyal, trustworthy subcontractors and its foremen, NCD blazes on. Carrying the torch alongside this top shelf group is Joe, facilitating everyday dealings. With an unrivaled work ethic and dedication to life in small town Helena, NCD puts a quality home together at a reasonable price.

Joe Nistler: Proprietor

Having been born and raised in Helena, Joe is here to stay. As a devoted father raising his 4 kids in this amazing place, Joe has been able to structure a balanced lifestyle between work, the outdoors, solitude and the community.

He thoroughly enjoys all Helena has to offer; from running its extensive trail systems to flying its amazing big sky. On any given weekend you will find Joe out adventuring with his children creating lifelong memories in this beautiful state.
